Welcome! This is my fifth year at Pearson Online Academy. I have also taught at the middle school level for three years in my home state of Maine. Previous to working in education, I was the events and marketing director for downtown Portland. Following my son's heart transplant in 2015, I decided to become a teacher. I am so glad to have found this life long career, which brings me into contact with so many passionate and inspiring students. I am looking forward to a great year.
